Chaat Wala is a one-of-a-kind culinary establishment with a menu inspired by the idea of simple and honest street food cooking. Starting in the peak of Covid-19, we developed a range of unique chaat recipes with a create your own experience using fresh and sustainable ingredients—taking you on a journey to the streets of Asia.

Papri Chaat
Crisp fried dough known as papri, topped with chickpeas, onions and tomatoes, topped with seasoned yoghurt and chutneys, garnished with tamarind, corriander and doritos.
